Advanced Boxing Class

If you understand the fundamentals of boxing and are looking to get in the ring for sparring sessions with other boxers, this is the class for you. The first half of the class is focused on technique and learning the advanced skills of boxing such as cutting angles, punch combinations and boxing strategy.

Open Gym All Levels

Switch stations every round while you work your way through the stations. This is not your normal workout, as you learn to work the heavy bag, double end bag, uppercut bag and speed bag, while getting a great cardio workout.
