Beginners Boxing Class

If you have limited experience or have never put on a pair of gloves, this class is for you. Learn basic boxing skills which will include proper footwork, how to defend yourself and how to properly throw a hard punch. This class is full of drills that teach technique, no sparring, and good for ages 8 and up.

Open Gym All Levels

Switch stations every round while you work your way through the stations. This is not your normal workout, as you learn to work the heavy bag, double end bag, uppercut bag and speed bag, while getting a great cardio workout.

Thur: 4:30PM - 5:30PM / Coach Anthony

Friday: 4:30PM - 5:30PM / Coach Seth


Boxing Cardio

Mon: 5:30PM - 6:30PM / Coach Seth

Tue: 5:30PM - 6:30PM / Coach Jewson

Thur: 5:30PM - 6:30PM / Coach Jewson

Friday: 5:30PM - 6:30PM / Coach Seth

All Levels Class

Sat: 12PM - 1PM / Coach Anthony

Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri: 3pm-7pm (24hr for members)

Sat: 10:00AM - 1:00PM
